OnMapo sells OnMapo, an online service. There are no physical goods, so nothing is shipped.
1. How you receive OnMapo
OnMapo is delivered online. Your free trial starts as soon as you sign in with your mobile number, and a paid plan is active within moments of a successful payment. You use it in a web browser or the OnMapo app on your phone; there is nothing to download or collect.
2. Delivery time
Instant for plans and add-on packs (WhatsApp message packs, AI credits). If a payment is taken and your plan does not activate within a few minutes, write to us and we will fix it or refund you.
3. Shipping charges
None. There are no shipping or delivery fees, and no physical address is needed to use OnMapo.
4. Exchange
Because there is nothing physical to send back, there is no exchange. You can change to another plan at any time from Plan & billing. For cancellations and refunds see the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
