This explains how cancelling and refunds work for Neelam Goyal subscriptions.
1. Free trial
Every new business can try OnMapo free for 7 days with no card needed. Nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan.
2. Cancelling
You can stop at any time. Plans are not auto-renewed on a card without you paying again; when the paid period ends your website stays online, your data is kept, and plan-only features switch off until you renew.
3. Refunds
Subscription fees are for a period of service already provided, so they are generally not refundable once the plan is active. We will refund (to the original payment method) in these cases: a duplicate or wrong-amount charge; a payment taken but the plan not activated and not fixable by us; or if you ask within 7 days of your first paid purchase and have not used the paid features substantially. Approved refunds are issued within 7 working days; your bank may take longer to show them.
4. How to ask
Write to hello@onmapo.com from your registered email or phone with the invoice number and the reason. Tax invoices are available in Plan & billing.
