1. Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your phone secure. The business owner can invite team members and decide what each can do.

You must have the right to run the business you add or claim. We may refuse or remove a claim that we believe is not genuine.

2. What OnMapo does

OnMapo gives you a public website for your business, an enquiry and booking inbox, a customer list, review tools, offers, analytics and AI writing help. Features depend on your plan. We may improve, change or retire features; we will not remove your data without notice.

3. Pages we create from public information, and who may claim them

To show a business what OnMapo can do, we may create a preview website and a free report for it from public Google listing information (name, address, phone, rating, public reviews and photos). These pages are labelled as previews, are not offered to search engines, and nothing is published under a business's name as its own until its owner takes it over. If you own a business and want such a page removed, write to hello@onmapo.com and we will remove it.

To take a business over, you sign in with a one-time code. If the number you sign in with is the one listed for the business, you become its verified owner at once. If it is a different number and you choose to continue, you get an unverified seat: you can edit and preview, but you cannot publish the website or change its phone numbers until you are verified. The owner who signs in with the listed number can take over an unverified seat at any time. Do not claim a business that is not yours.

4. Messages to your customers

OnMapo can send your customers booking emails and WhatsApp messages about their own booking or enquiry (received, confirmed, changed, reminder). You are responsible for having a lawful reason to contact them, and for what you ask OnMapo to send. We do not send marketing messages for you unless you set them up and switch them on.

5. Your content and your customers' data

You own your content and your customer data. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to run OnMapo for you (for example showing your published website, sending the booking emails you switch on).

You are the one responsible for the information you publish and for having a lawful reason to hold and contact your customers. Do not upload anything illegal, misleading, infringing or harmful.

6. AI features

AI features write drafts (replies, offers, text). They can be wrong. Nothing is sent or published automatically: you review and decide. You are responsible for what you post or send. AI use is limited by your plan's monthly credits.

7. Plans, trial and payment

New businesses get a free trial (currently 7 days). After that you can choose a paid plan, billed monthly or yearly as shown on the pricing page, in the currency shown there. Prices include applicable tax (GST in India) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment partner; we do not store your card details.

When a plan ends, your website stays online and your data is kept, but plan-only features switch off until you renew.

8. Cancelling

You can stop at any time; the plan simply is not renewed and runs to the end of the paid period. See the Refund & cancellation policy for refunds.

9. Third-party services

OnMapo works with other services — for example Google (business listing and review data, sign-in SMS), email and payment providers, and AI providers. Their own terms apply to their part. Google review data stays Google's; we show and sync it according to Google's rules.

10. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep OnMapo running and we keep encrypted backups, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as lost profit), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending access

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the law, or that puts others at risk. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time (see the Privacy policy).

12. Changes and law

We may update these terms; for important changes we will tell you in the product or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer law of your country says otherwise.
